Building software is difficult and building software that scales and that your users love is very difficult.

In today's environment, you just can't afford to get it wrong, but you also need to focus on building your business, closing your next round and making the impact that you need to make.

This is where we come in.

With an impressive track record of delivering scalable beautiful software for clients around the world we are a great choice of tech partner for your project.

If you have a project that you would like to discuss, we’d love to hear from you.

You can get in touch at [email protected] or follow any of the contacts in the show notes.

Today my guest is Daniel Guasco who is one of South Africa's top tech entrepreneurs and someone who's name you can't escape if you are in the African tech circles.

I’ve actually known Dan since my school days at Westerford in Cape Town so it’s been pretty incredible to watch his journey.

Dan’s list of achievements in businesses is too long to mention but to pick out a few highlights:

Dan was the CO-CEO of Groupon South Africa which, at its peak was rumoured be around R500m but Dan would not confirm nor deny in revenue, employing over 200 people and ended with a very significant exit.

Dan, together with his partner from his Groupon days is also the Co-CEO of team Africa Ventures, an early-stage investment fund that has got 17 portfolio companies in Africa including Lula lend and LifeQ two great companies doing great things.

Dan holds a string of awards which include being recognised as having made the biggest impact on e-commerce in Africa.

Dan's current focus is Click2sure a SaaS platform that enables businesses offering insurance, omnichannel distribution, reduction in administration costs, and better decisions with real-time reporting and insights.

Dan holds an MBA from London Business School and this is quite amazing because has was diagnosed with ADHD but didn’t let that stop him.

Dan is an obsessive entrepreneur - he even runs his family home as an Airbnb, not because he needs to but because he just can't help himself.

Really stoked to have you on the show Dan, welcome.
